• Elevated the performance of 100s of professional ski instructors. Competitively selected as a Regional Clinic Leader for the Professional Ski Instructors of America NW Region (in the top 2% of 2,500 professional instructors)

• Orchestrated broad organization and cultural change for a federal program across 12 regions. Established 10 strategic long-range continuous performance improvement programs that are on track 3 years later
