Cross Cultural Project Management
Up
to 70% of international mergers and acquisitions fail because of
cultural misunderstandings and conflicts and the same applies to
cross cultural projects. They often suffer from communication problems
and the inability to derive strength from the existance of different
management styles.
Learning objectives
The purpose of the seminar "Cross Cultural Project Management"
is to equip you with fundamental knowledge and skills to operate
successfully in cross cultural projects. You will obtain a deeper
understanding of typical obstacles that arise during project planning,
implementation, team development, and interaction with project
sponsors and decision makers.
