Bio: Kristoffer V. Grude Kristoffer has many years as leader, business developer, consultant, author, and lecturer with experience in several industries. Kris is one of the authors of Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) an effective method implemented widely as a standard within public and private enterprises. He is currently a director of GDPM Systems Ltd., a developer of client-server and web accessible software that supports the GDPM methodology. He has authored several books as the foundation for many internal training programs on leadership and management including Goal Directed Project Management that will be released as a 3rd Edition the last quarter of 2003. The book is used in college and universities curriculums.
