Description

Organizational models developed during the last decade through formal research led by Dr. Roland Gareis of the University of Vienna will show how organizations are evolving to cope with increasing business complexity and dynamics. Topics include: Management by Projects strategy; Integrative organizational structures; Project culture; Process oriented project management; Management roles; Projects, programs, and networks as temporary social systems; Portfolio steering groups and PM-Office as permanent social systems. Instruments will be introduced for assessing project-oriented competencies.
